Fax Filing Fee      5.00 + 0.50 per page (including cover sheet)

All fax filing must be in compliance with Tenn. R. Civ. P. Rule 5A.  A copy of the required “Uniform Facsimile Filing Cover Sheet” is available for download on the Forms page.     

Please Note:  The fax filing fee is billed separately to the filing attorney’s office at the time the filing is received by the Clerk and Master’s office.
