Rental Reservations
Knox County has 11 pavilions and 1 community building that may be reserved for an upcoming event, such as a birthday party, family outing, business lunch, etc.
Reservations for pavilions can be made between three days and one year in advance, while reservations for the Community Center can be made between three days and ninety days in advance. You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a picnic shelter or community building.

Special Events are a very important part of any community's quality of life. Knox County Parks and Recreation is committed to working with event organizers and other departments to produce successful and safe events with minimal impact on the environment, surrounding neighborhoods, and businesses. Knox County Parks and Recreation is responsible for all special events that occur on Knox County Parks properties. Please use the Special Event Application button to determine if an application is needed for your event and to submit a request for an event.

Athletic Facilities:
Knox County Parks and Recreation operates specialized athletic facilities for use by citizens and visitors for sporting events including practices, games, and weekend tournaments.
