SeeClickFix is a new mobile and web application that will allow residents to report non-emergency road and other public works issues to Knox County Engineering and Public Works crews. The app collects user comments, which can be shared anonymously. It also has features that allow users to receive notifications based on selected areas and keywords; share photo and/or video documentation and detailed descriptions of their reported issue(s); and request services such as general road maintenance. In addition, the SeeClickFix platform provides Knox County staff with a centralized system to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging Knox County residents throughout the process.
The kinds of issues that can be submitted to Knox County include pothole repair, drainage maintenance, vegetation management and traffic sign/signal requests.
The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone.
