C-PACER

What is C-PACER?

Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resiliency (C-PACER) is a financing approach that allows commercial, industrial, and agricultural property owners to seek long-term financing from private lenders for clean energy and resiliency improvements. Eligible improvements include measures that support energy efficiency, renewable energy generation, water conservation, and strengthening facilities from incurring physical damage. C-PACER does not affect the tax bills of property owners who are not participating in the program. For more information, contact Dedra Klotzbach at 865-215-3032 or dedra.klotzbach@knoxcounty.org
