The Women’s Health Clinic focuses on women’s health during every stage of life. We offer a safe, personal and comfortable place for our community to get the services they need, including birth control, pregnancy tests and gynecology care with no cost mammograms and pap smears for those who qualify. In addition, we are now offering colposcopies.

Services Provided

1. The Power of Family Planning:

Planning when to becoming pregnant is an important decision for all women. We want to help women with the timing of this choice. Make an appointment to discuss the birth control options that are right for you.

2. Breast and Cervical Cancer Screenings:

Cancer screening provides early detection that could save your life. Just like dental visits and oil changes, we all need to be screened for cancer. Screening tests are used to help find cancer early before symptoms occur. Early treatment is key so be sure to take advantage of the free screenings offered through our Breast and Cervical referral program.

3. Pregnancy Testing:

The Women's Health Clinic offers pregnancy testing (urine test). Call today to make an appointment.

4. Medical Visit:

If you have medical concerns, please call our office and talk to one of our women's health specialists who can assist you or help set up an appointment.

The Women's Health Clinic is open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesday - Friday. On Tuesdays, Women's Health is open from 8 a.m.- 6 p.m.

On the first Wednesday of every month, all KCHD offices and clinics are closed in the morning for staff in-service. On these days, the main location (140 Dameron Ave.) will open at 11 a.m. and the West Clinic (1028 Old Cedar Bluff) will open at 11:30 a.m.

Clinics will also open at 10:30 a.m. (Main location) and 11 a.m. (West Clinic) on the following Wednesdays: April 17 and July 17. All other offices will open at 8 a.m.
