Adult Primary Care

Knox County Health Department has partnered with Cherokee Health Systems to provide adult primary care medical services. Patients will receive medical care at Cherokee Health's Center City offices at 2018 Western Avenue in Knoxville. (Directions are provided below.)
Cherokee’s services include medical care, social services, mental health services and prescriptions.

Important Note to our indigent care clients: The services you receive through the Indigent Care Program will not change. You will still have to qualify through Knox County Social Services Department, but you can do that at Cherokee Health Systems. If you have any questions, please call (865) 215-5400.

Turn right out of the parking lot toward Wray Street (away from Central Avenue)
