Thomas Mullin - Biography

Thomas Mullin practices civil litigation in federal and state courts. Matters handled include federal civil rights lawsuits filed against Knox County and Knox County Schools, negligence cases governed by the Governmental Tort Liability Act, and other matters. He also serves as a legal advisor to the Sheriff's Office Merit System Council, and he has over thirty (30) years of experience in governmental law. He has served as a Knox County Deputy Law Director since 2006.
