Join us for the 2014 TBH¹⁰⁰ Youthfest

Named by local teens, TBH¹⁰⁰ stands for Talkin’ Bout Health and keeping it 100 percent real and true. TBH¹⁰⁰ Youthfest is a conference for teens that promotes healthy lifestyle decisions. At the conference, teens will experience an interactive “maze” designed to demonstrate how their choices impact their life and health. At the end of the day, teens will be challenged to change two things to improve their health.

The goals are:

• To help teens understand the long-term implications of the decisions they make today, and
• To help teens understand that being healthy includes not just nutrition and physical activity, but also emotional, behavioral and environmental health.
