Knox County Clerk of Courts Elected Family Justice Center's Board Vice President

Knox County Clerk of Courts, Mike Hammond, has been elected vice president of the Family Justice Center Board.  He will serve with new board president Dave Yoder.  The Family Justice center opened in Knoxville in 2006 and has served over 21,000 people.  The FJC helps victims of domestic violence through its programs in partnership with agencies like the Knox County Sheriff, Knoxville Police Department, YWCA, and Helen Ross McNabb.  Hammond’s 4th Circuit Court Clerk office assists FJC with orders of protection.
