New Employee & Qualifying Event Information
If you are a new benefits eligible employee or a current employee who submits a qualifying event request, you will receive an email from Benefits about enrolling in or declining coverage. The Munis Employee Self Service instructions are available to guide you through the enrollment process.
You can receive a printed copy of this guide by visiting the Benefits Department or at your workplace during open enrollment.
Rates and Employer Contribution
Employer and employee rates can be found on this sheet. Preferred and non-preferred medical rates are also listed. Non-preferred rates only apply to employees and spouses who did not complete the requirements for preferred rates by the deadline. See rates sheet for more details.
