See TDOT project page for more details on the meeting and the project: http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/sr115/
The local community needs to be proactive in requesting bicycle and pedestrian accommodations, including the greenway, to be taken into account in the design of the Build Alternative. These accommodations will provide critical links to the Knox-Blount Greenway and assist Knoxville and Knox County in expanding their alternative transportation and recreation amenities - linking parks, neighborhoods and commercial areas.
