Llama Llama at the Library!

A popular children’s book takes the stage

(Knoxville, TN) Knox County Public Library is pleased to welcome Dollywood’s Imagination Playhouse featuring the Penguin Players as they delight audiences of all ages with a musical adaptation of the favorite bedtime tales, Llama, Llama Red Pajama andLlama, Llama Mad at Mama by Anna Dewdney. The show is free and open to the public.

Llama Llama Red Pajamaand the follow up book, Llama, Llama Mad at Mama are some of the most beloved titles in the Imagination Library collection.  Knox County's Imagination Library mails one free, age-appropriate book each month to any Knox County child from birth to age 5. Currently, approximately 800,000 books have been sent to almost 30,000 children since the program began in 2005. 71% of children under 5 in Knox County are signed up for Imagination Library.
