As Benefits Assistant, I am responsible for various benefits and wellness related activities. I carry out monthly bill reconciliation for all insurance carriers used by Knox County, as well as perform various other benefits functions such as new hire notifications. I also help coordinate the Bright Start Wellness Program by facilitating weekly Lunch and Learns, and also Bright Start Orientation.
