We’re looking for great ideas that will:
- Save time, money, or materials
- Increase efficiency
- Improve safety
- Improve the quality of services
All active employees of Knox County Government who work in departments under the supervision of the County Mayor may submit suggestions. Both individuals and teams may enter.
- If your idea is selected, you will receive ONE DAY OFF WITH PAY.
- After one year of using your idea, we will total the savings and you will be awarded 10%, up to a maximum of
$1,000.00 for an individual idea

$2,000.00 for a team idea
