Request for List and/Disk

We have changed our policy concerning purchase of voter lists on disk. If you will print out, fill in and send us the certification for purchase of Voter List on CD we will send you a disk with all the active voters and their history. Free for Tennessee residents only.

• State law (T.C.A. 2-2-138) requires that you certify the information will be used only for political purposes.
• False certification is a Class C misdemeanor
• Fax this form in and we will send you the disk.
• There is a limit of one CD per organization.
