Save-the-Date - Tuesday, October 17th

A rare opportunity is coming soon for Knox County’s community and the Knox County Fourth Circuit Court Clerk invites the community to Save-the-Date. On Tuesday, October 17th, during National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, renowned author Barry Goldstein has agreed to travel to Knoxville to speak on his realistic and proven plan to end domestic violence: The Quincy Solution.  Mr. Goldstein is a nationally recognized domestic violence author, speaker and advocate; including the author of “The Quincy Solution: Stop Domestic Violence and Save $500 Billion”. The Quincy Solution outlines a series of best practices centered on batterer accountability and community coordination that have been shown to dramatically reduce domestic violence crime.

The Knox County Fourth Circuit Court Clerk, Knoxville Family Justice Center and the Junior League of Knoxville are sponsoring this complimentary event at the City-County Building’s Main Assembly Room - which includes a continental breakfast from 7:15 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.  The presentation will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. Please be sure to add this must-attend event to your calendar!
