Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee requesting that Tennessee State Representative Ryan A. Haynes consider legislation serving to amend the Tennessee Code Annotated to permit Criminal Court Clerks in Counties with a Charter form of government to charge a standard flat fee court cost of $300.00 per defendant at the inception of criminal proceedings.
