Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving the following documents related to the new Carter Elementary School: (1) and Interlocal Cooperation agreement between Knox County, The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox, and the Knox County Board of Education; (2) a purchase agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox; and (3) a Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox.
