61. 8-B-11-OB   Consideration of revisions to the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority (TTCDA) Design Guidelines allowing for the review of medium and high density residential developments in the Technology Overlay.  MPC RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE THE REVISED TTCDA DESIGN GUIDELINES.
