Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee requesting that the Knox County Criminal Justice Committee, in conjunction with the Helen Ross McNabb Center, exhaustively study all available/potential funding sources, public-private partnerships, and inter-governmental partnerships between the County, City, State and Federal Government for the purpose of creating a Public Safety Center and report their findings accordingly.
