The cost estimate includes the initial purchase price and the estimated monthly fees for the installation and utilization of 158 units.

20.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee requesting approval of a contract agreement with Neighborhood Housing, Inc. in the amount of $25,000.00 for the Operation Backyard (OBY) minor home repair program.  This project serves primarily elderly and disabled residents with low-incomes.  These are Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds as approved in the 2013 Annual Action Plan Update to the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan.
