Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee requesting the County Mayor taking office September 1, 2010 review the report of Attorney Pam Reeves regarding the dealings by and between the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works and the Natural Resources Recovery of Tennessee, LLC and/or Natural Resources Recovery, Inc. and provide recommendations for whatever action is deemed necessary to correct any deficiencies outlined therein.
