Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment Two to a three year grant agreement with the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole for the Knox County Sheriff's Office Community Alternatives to Prison Program (CAPP) to increase the maximum liability of the State under the grant by $15,000.00 to be used at the discretion of the CAPP Program Manager for the benefit of the program.
