Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee to amend the Knox County Code Chapter 2, Article X, Division 9, Sections 2-877, 2-878 and 2-879 to increase the terms of office for members on the Health Insurance Appeal Board to four (4) years and to provide for the election of employee representatives on said Board to coincide with the election of employee elected representatives on the Knox County Retirement and Pension Board (Ord No. O-07-11-102, adopted 12-17-07).
