Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission Of Knox County, Tennessee, requesting the Knox County Code Section 2-878 (a) and Section 2-879 (a) be amended so that employee representatives on the Health Insurance Appeal Board be elected to a four-year term and the election of such employee representatives on the Health Insurance Appeal Board will be conducted on the same date and time as the election of employee representatives to the Knox County Retirement and Pension Board. Terms for the employee representatives on the Health Appeal Board shall begin on March 1, same as the Pension Board.
