THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION SHALL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SET THE FINAL APRIL AGENDA OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 2012 VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONFERENCE WITH THE COMMISSION OFFICE.

Churchwell Ave) to the Industrial Development Board of Knox County and approval of a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreement with Family Pride Corporation for the development of an assisted living facility.

Knox County Health Department for the provision of issuance of certificates from the birth record database for the period beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2017.

17.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a $5,000.00 grant between East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc. and Knox County Health Department - Centers of Excellence for the provision of transportation and nutrition services for qualified Ryan White clients.  Grant contract term effective beginning April 1, 2012 and ending on March 31, 2013.

18.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving the Knox County Indigent Care Program Agreement for Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 in the amount of $4,750,000.00.

20.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a grant in the amount of $4,000.00 awarded to Knox County Juvenile Court by the Knoxville Bar Foundation to be used to pay stipends and for educational workshops to social work graduate students who are doing internships at Juvenile Court.

22.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee accepting the residual devise of Ms. Lucile Deaderick consisting of mineral rights for approximately 18 acres in Anderson County, Texas, and donating the same to the East Tennessee Historical Society for addition to the Lucile Deaderick Endowment for the McClung Historical Collection.

23.   Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission Of Knox County, Tennessee, requesting the Knox County Code Section 2-878 (a) and Section 2-879 (a) be amended so that employee representatives on the Health Insurance Appeal Board be elected to a four-year term and the election of such employee representatives on the Health Insurance Appeal Board will be conducted on the same date and time as the election of employee representatives to the Knox County Retirement and Pension Board.  Terms for the employee representatives on the Health Appeal Board shall begin on March 1, same as the Pension Board.

26.   Request of GRAHAM CORPORATION FOR NORTHWEST CITY SECTOR PLAN AMENDMENT FROM O (OFFICE) TO C (COMMERCIAL); Property located southeast side Old Callahan Drive, north of Clinton Highway. COMMISSION DISTRICT 7: MPC ACTION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 3-A-12-SP AMENDING THE NORTHWEST CITY SECTOR PLAN TO C (COMMERCIAL) AND RECOMMEND THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION ALSO ADOPT THE AMENDMENT.  
27.   Request of GRAHAM CORPORATION FOR REZONING FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) AND RB (GENERAL RESIDENTIAL) TO CB (BUSINESS AND MANUFACTURING); Property located southeast side Old Callahan Drive, north of Clinton Highway. COMMISSION DISTRICT 7: MPC RECOMMENDATION: RECOMMEND THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION APPROVE CB (BUSINESS AND MANUFACTURING) IN THE COUNTY PORTION OF THE SITE.
