Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an Agreement with Sertoma Center, Inc to provide $35,280.00 from closed projects and unprogrammed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the renovation of two residences serving developmentally-delayed adults.  The scope of work will include additional lighting, handicap accessibility in the residences, HVAC upgrade, guttering, painting, and wood flooring.
