THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION SHALL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SET THE FINAL MARCH AGENDA OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, 2013 VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONFERENCE WITH THE COMMISSION OFFICE.

9.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an Agreement with Sertoma Center, Inc to provide $35,280.00 from closed projects and unprogrammed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the renovation of two residences serving developmentally-delayed adults.  The scope of work will include additional lighting, handicap accessibility in the residences, HVAC upgrade, guttering, painting, and wood flooring.

10.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a Grant Contract in the amount of $441,570.00 between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health and Knox County D/B/A Knox County Health Department for the provision of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) Center of Excellence (COE) program services the period April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.

11.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment 1 of Grant Contract GG-1334379 between the Government of Knox County DBA The Knox County Health Department for the provision of Health Care Safety Net Emergency Dental Services for Uninsured Adult Tennesseans Ages 19-64.  Amendment 1 revises to expand the Scope of Services and increases budget funding by $37,500.00.

20.   Request of Knox County Commission to amend the South County Sector Plan 2012. MPC Recommendation: Approve amendment and recommend the Knox County Commission adopt the South County Sector Plan with the amendment contained in County Commission's resolution of December 17, 2012.  
21.   Request of Cynthia R. Baird for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential). Property located northeast side Bob Kirby Road, north side Chesney Hills Lane. Commission District 6. MPC Recommendation: Recommend the Knox County Commission approve PR (Planned Residential) zoning at a density up to 2.5 dwelling unit per acre subject to one condition.  
22.   Request of Robert Carbaugh for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to RA (Low Density Residential). Property located southeast side Gray Hendrix Road, northeast of Garrison Drive. Commission District 6. MPC Recommendation: Recommend the Knox County Commission approve RA (Low Density Residential).  
23.   Request of Knox County Commission for Northeast County Sector Plan Amendment from AG/RR (Agricultural/Rural Residential) and NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to RC (Rural Commercial); Property located northeast side Tillett Lane, northeast of Corryton Road. EIGHTH COMMISSION DISTRICT. 25.   Appeal by Carpenters Chapel Church, applicant, of MPC denial of rezoning from CA (General Business) with conditions to CA (General Business) with no conditions. Property located southwest side Dogwood Road, southeast side Solway Road. Commission District 6. MPC Recommendation: DENY the removal of the condition on the CA zoning to limit the commercial use of this site to uses allowed in the A (Agricultural) zone and a non-profit thrift store associated with Carpenters Chapel Church.
