Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee amending the budgeted revenues between the General Fund, the Library Fund and the Solid Waste Fund in order to maintain the separate Special Revenue Fund status of the Library and Solid Waste Funds under the guidelines of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement (GASBS) #54 (these amendments do not authorize any additional spending between or among any of the said funds).
