Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an agreement for the conveyance of a permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement on property known as Concord Park(CLT Map 153, Parcel 063) to the First Utilitiy District in order to construct a portion of new sewer line in Concord Park to avoid disruption to the Concord Dog Park currently under construction.
