Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a Memorandum Of Understanding in the amount of $7,000.00 with the University of Tennessee to provide project management and construction administration for certain tasks as part of Phase II of the Harrell Road Stormwater Demonstration Park, which project is funded through grant funds from the Nature Conservancy under its Tennessee Healthy Watershed Initiative.
