Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a $241,000.00 Grant Contract between the State of Tennessee Department of Health and The Government of Knox County dba Knox County Health Department for the provision of Home-Based Care Coordination Services for At-Risk Women and Young Children for the Help Us Grow Successfully (HUGS) program. Contract period begins on July 1, 2013 and ends on June 30, 2014.
