THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION SHALL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SET THE FINAL FEBRUARY AGENDA OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2012 VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONFERENCE WITH THE COMMISSION OFFICE.

COMMISSION DISTRICT 6; MPC ACTION: Adopt Resolution #1-A-12-SP amending the Northwest County Sector Plan to MDR (Medium Density Residential) & SLPA (Slope Protection Area) and recommend the Knox County Commission adopt the amendment.  
35.   Request of SAGEBRUSH CAPITAL FOR REZONING FROM A (AGRICULTURAL) TO PR (PLANNED RESIDENTIAL) AT A DENSITY UP TO 19 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE. Property located southwest side Middlebrook Pike, southeast of Bob Kirby Road. COMMISSION DISTRICT 6. MPC RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Knox County Commission Approve PR (k) (Planned Residential) at a density up to 12 dwelling units per acre, subject to the condition that there will be no clearing or grading of the site prior to use on review plan approval by MPC.
