Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment Number 1 to a contract with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT)for the design of turn lanes on Ebenezer Road and North Westland Drive to provide additional funding in the amount of $250,000.00 (100% Federally Funded) for the construction of said turn lanes with Knox County responsible for the eventual right-of-way acquisition in the amount of $50,000.00. (DEFERRED FROM JANUARY) (Engineering and Public Works) Work Session Recommendation: Approve  10-0-0-1
