Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee requesting the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City Of Knoxville, Tennessee (PBA)to approve and authorize certain energy conservation services and installations for the City County Building to be provided pursuant to the Energy Services Agreement between the City of Knoxville and Ameresco, Inc. and approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Knoxville, PBA, and Knox County to effectuate said work. (DEFERRED FROM JANUARY) (Finance) Work Session Recommendation: Approve  11-0-0-0
