Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment Four to a three-year grant agreement with the State of Tennessee for the Knox County Sheriff's Office Community Alternatives to Prison Program (CAPP), which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the grant by $11,695.02 for the third year of the grant for the purpose of providing a 2.5% salary increase for CAPP employees.
