Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a contract agreement between Knox County and the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) in the amount of $18,645.00 to provide lighting,
alarms, and security renovations for their transitional housing. These are Community Development Block Grant funds approved in the 2012 Annual Action Plan Update to the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan.
