Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a three-party agreement between Knox County, the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC) and the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City Of Knoxville (PBA) for PBA to coordinate and supervise the roof repair work for the CAC's Mobile Meals Kitchen as necessary to return the kitchen to full operational status, which repairs will ultimately be funded by the CAC from FEMA reimbursements, insurance proceeds, private fund raising, and CAC Operations.
