Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment No. 4 to Knox County Contract No. 07-350 with Child and Family Tennessee relative to the renovation of the Pleasantree Apartments located on Dawn Street for the purpose of 1)providing additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $225,200.00, for a total contract amount of $493,400.00, for architectural services and the renovation of twelve (12) units of permanent supportive housing and 2) extending the term of the contract through June 30, 2012.
