Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee amending Chapter 4 of Knox County Code entitled “Alcoholic Beverages” to 1) require in Section 4-4 that the County Code Administration Department, in addition to the County Fire Marshal and County Health Department, also inspect and approve the location where beer is to be sold within 15 days of the beer permit application and 2) to remove the County Beer Inspector from the requirements of Sections 4-4 and 4-36 (Ordinance O-00-11-101, adopted 12-18-00 and Ordinance O-09-3-107, adopted 4-27-09).
