THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION SHALL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SET THE FINAL NOVEMBER AGENDA OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2011 VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONFERENCE WITH THE COMMISSION OFFICE.

There will be no cost to Knox County.

19.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving Amendment Number Four to the Child and Family contract for architectural services and the renovation of PleasanTree Apartments, housing for women and children. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are allocated for this project as approved in the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan.

22.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission Of Knox County, Tennessee approving an external audit contract with Pugh and Company for the fiscal years 2012 through 2015. The fy 2012 contract amount to be appropriated totals $405,000.00.

23.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving a tri-party agreement between Knoxville-Knox County CAC, PBA and Knox County to repair the roof and re-establish the Mobile Meals operations in the Mobile Meals Kitchen.  These repairs would ultimately be funded from FEMA, Insurance Proceeds, Mobile Meals funds and Private fundraising, and enable CAC to once again operate the Mobile Meals program from the Mobile Meals Kitchen facility.

25.   Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee amending Chapter 4 of Knox County Code entitled “Alcoholic Beverages” to provide that in Section 4-4 the county code administration department, in addition to the county fire marshal and county health department, must inspect and approve the location where beer is to be sold within 15 days of the beer permit application and to remove the county beer inspector from Sections 4-4 and 4-36 (Ordinance O-09-3-107, adopted 4-27-09 and Ordinance O-00-11-101, adopted 12-18-00).
