THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION SHALL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND SET THE FINAL JANUARY AGENDA OF THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION AT 1:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2017 VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONFERENCE WITH THE COMMISSION OFFICE.

8.   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee to accept a Grant from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture's 319(h) Program in the amount of $144,000.00 awarded to the Knox County Stormwater Management Division for the Roseberry Creek Watershed to assist the Stormwater Division in completing various activities that will aid in meeting Knox County's NPDES Phase II Permit requirements. The contract is for three years, beginning March 15, 2017 and requires no monetary match from Knox County.

The funding period is January 31, 2017 to January 31, 2018.

MPC Action: Adopt Resolution #12-A-16-SP, amending the Northwest County Sector Plan to LDR (Low Density Residential) and recommend the Knox County Commission also adopt the sector plan amendment.
