Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an agreement and amendment thereto between the Knox County Health Department and ABT Associates to collaborate on the Evaluation of the Safer Sex Intervention as part of the Teen Health Empowerment Study conducted for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services which agreements provide that Knox County Health Department will receive a total of $50,000.00 for their efforts in supporting the study.
