Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an Amendment to the MOU between Abt Associates and the Knox County Health Department (Knox County contract #12-314) to collaborate on the Evaluation of the Safer Sex Intervention as part of the Teen Health Empowerment Study conducted for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under Contract #HHSP23320095624WC.  As part of this agreement, the Knox County Health Department will receive an additional $45,000.00 to support evaluation activities related to participating in the Teen Health Empowerment Study.  The total amount of funds provided to the Knox County Health Department in the MOU is now $50,000.00.
