Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving CMAQ contract with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for the addition of a westbound turn lane on Westland Drive and northbound right turn lane on Ebenezer Road. Engineering, right of way and construction is included in the contract.  Knox County is paying $50,000. for right of way.  Engineering and construction cost is $250,000. with a 20% match by Tennessee Department of Transporation. (Engineering and Public Works)
