Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee approving an agreement in the amount of $2,500.00 for the conveyance of an easement  on the Adrian Burnett Elementary School property to BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Tennessee for the purpose of storing equipment on the property.
